Pick calls while you are away This headset comes with agent Handset Lifter, which functions in conjunction with the agent W880 and agent W860. Simply attach your handset lifter to the desk phone and it will lift the handset of your desk phone from its cradle whenever you push your headset’s On/Off button. This enables you to easily answer calls whilst away from your desk. Talk for as long as you want Battery is the major hurdle for headsets to overcome. That’s not the case with agent W860. The headset comes with a battery that can run for up to six hours on a single charge. This allows you to talk with your clients without worrying about interruption. Conference calling for up to 3 participants Regardless of the size of your business, conference calling is an indispensable telecommunication method in today’s business environment.
